At Butterè Skin, we take great pride in carefully packaging and delivering your handcrafted skincare with the same love and intention that goes into creating it. To maintain the integrity and luxurious texture of our whipped body butters—especially during the warmer months—we follow special shipping procedures designed to protect your products from heat and transit delays.

Orders are shipped exclusively on Mondays and Wednesdays. This schedule helps prevent your package from sitting in hot warehouses or delivery trucks over the weekend, reducing the chances of melting during transit. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.

During summer months (May through September), we take additional precautions. All body butter orders are packaged with ice packs and thermal mailers to help maintain their whipped texture and prevent heat damage. We strongly encourage customers to retrieve their packages as soon as possible after delivery to avoid prolonged exposure to outdoor heat or mailboxes, which can compromise the texture of your products. While we do everything possible to minimize the risk, Amara Luxe is not responsible for melted items left unattended after delivery.

If your body butter arrives soft or melted, don’t worry. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product. You may place the jar in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes to firm it back up. The butter will retain all of its nourishing properties, even if the whipped texture changes slightly.
