  • You may return your products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The 30-day period begins from the date your order was delivered to you.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • If you’ve used or partially used the product, we may still be able to offer an exchange or store credit, depending on the circumstances and the condition of the product.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
  • Gift cards, sale items, or special promotional items.
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers or resellers.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.
  3. For your protection, please send your return via a traceable shipping method. Amara Luxe Skin is not responsible for lost or damaged returns that are not sent using a trackable service.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

2. Refund Policy

  • If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue it to your original method of payment once we have received the returned items and confirmed that they meet our return criteria.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake made by us (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

3. Exchanges

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and handling your order, but in the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at buttereskin@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and promptly send out a replacement at no additional charge.

Please keep the original packaging and take a photo of the damage so that we can expedite the process.

5. International Returns

For international returns (outside of the United States), please note:

  • Import duties and taxes on international returns are non-refundable.
  • International returns may take longer to process due to customs procedures.
