As our skincare items are personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges to ensure product integrity, safety, and hygiene for all customers.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we are happy to make it right. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
To request a replacement:
Email us at amaraluxeskincare@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
Once verified, we will process a replacement or offer store credit at our discretion.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. After that time, orders are final and cannot be canceled.
We do not offer refunds for items lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Please review all ingredients carefully before purchasing.
