While we strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays can occasionally affect shipping times. We ask for your patience and understanding if there are any delays outside of our control. If there are significant delays, we will notify you as soon as we are aware.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will assist you with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Please provide photos of the damage to help us process your claim.
Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or delivery service. Currently, we can only ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
If you have subscribed to our auto-replenishment service, your shipping will follow the same policies outlined above. Your order will be processed and shipped on the designated date for each recurring shipment.
