Barrier Therapy+ was formulated for skin at its most vulnerable — the kind of dry, cracked, reactive skin that has stopped responding to ordinary moisturizers. This is a therapeutic crème built around a single purpose: genuine barrier restoration. Not surface-level relief, but deep, structural repair that helps your skin learn to protect itself again.
Petrolatum seals in moisture and shields raw, broken skin from further irritation. Shea Butter, Mango Butter, and Squalane replenish the lipid layer with deep, long-lasting nourishment. Calendula Oil, Oat Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, Jojoba Oil, and Hemp Seed Oil round out the formula with a spectrum of fatty acids that soften, soothe, and support cellular recovery.
The water phase works just as hard. Aloe Vera Juice, Glycerin, and Propanediol deliver immediate hydration and draw moisture into the skin. Niacinamide calms redness and visibly reduces irritation while supporting barrier function from within. Panthenol (Vitamin B5) accelerates skin recovery and soothes discomfort. Colloidal Oatmeal, Beta-Glucan, and Allantoin form a calming trio that relieves itch, reduces inflammation, and gently encourages cell renewal in sensitized, reactive skin.
Preserved at their full potency, a Ceramide Complex rebuilds the lipid barrier at a structural level, restoring what eczema and dermatitis chronically deplete. Sodium Hyaluronate pulls deep hydration into the lower layers of the skin. Hydrolyzed Oat Protein strengthens and protects the surface. Bisabolol, derived from chamomile, delivers a final layer of anti-inflammatory calm. And Tocopherol (Vitamin E) protects the skin against oxidative stress while supporting long-term resilience.

At Butterè Skin, we take great pride in carefully packaging and delivering your handcrafted skincare with the same love and intention that goes into creating it. To maintain the integrity and luxurious texture of our whipped body butters—especially during the warmer months—we follow special shipping procedures designed to protect your products from heat and transit delays.
Orders are shipped exclusively on Mondays and Wednesdays. This schedule helps prevent your package from sitting in hot warehouses or delivery trucks over the weekend, reducing the chances of melting during transit. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
During summer months (May through September), we take additional precautions. All body butter orders are packaged with ice packs and thermal mailers to help maintain their whipped texture and prevent heat damage. We strongly encourage customers to retrieve their packages as soon as possible after delivery to avoid prolonged exposure to outdoor heat or mailboxes, which can compromise the texture of your products. While we do everything possible to minimize the risk, Butterè Skin is not responsible for melted items left unattended after delivery.
If your body butter arrives soft or melted, don’t worry. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product. You may place the jar in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes to firm it back up. The butter will retain all of its nourishing properties, even if the whipped texture changes slightly.
